ALUMISR has an oxidation line and uses the anodic oxidation method, which is an electrochemical process to oxidize the surfaces of aluminum sectors and is characterized by the following:
1. Resistance to weather and humidity in residential areas.
2. Resist use conditions and increase durability.
3. Giving the surface a decent look.
i. Class A with an anodizing layer thickness of 10 to 12 microns for regular architectural uses.
ii. Second level (class B) with an anodizing layer thickness from 15 to 18 microns for some special uses and colors.
iii. A third level (class C) can reach 25 microns anode layer for severe uses and conditions.
Electrochemical colors:
(Silver – Champaign – Bronze – brown – black)It is characterized by the homogeneity of colors
